Tom is President of CGK M&A Advisors.  With over 29 years of experience, Tom provides merger and acquisition, capital sourcing and general corporate advisory services to clients.  Prior to founding CGK M&A Advisors, he was responsible for the mergers and acquisition practice at a Milwaukee-based boutique investment banking firm.  Prior to that, he served as director of finance for Marquette University’s award-winning Campus Circle project.  In addition, he worked at Reinhart Boerner (a large Wisconsin law firm) structuring and analyzing acquisitions, as well as assisting clients preparing business plans and obtaining financing for transactions.  Tom brings actual experience to the deal having personally bought, started and sold companies in which he was the owner.  Tom serves and has served on numerous community and corporate boards, including Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI) the largest organization of merger and acquisition (M&A) advisors in the Midwest.  Tom is a licensed CPA and graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Email Tom at tkintis@cgkib.com

Mary Cajski joined CGK M&A Advisors, as a Senior Associate in 2013.  In this role, Mary is responsible for performing financial analysis, conducting industry research, preparing offering memorandums, and management presentations.  In addition, she manages the firm’s virtual data rooms and web site.  Prior to joining CGK, Mary was the right-hand person to several business owners in Milwaukee, also working together with Tom for eight years at a Milwaukee-based boutique investment banking firm where she was responsible for the entire management of the office.  Email Mary at mcajski@cgkib.com
